3) Health form

Complete the required health form and bring it to camp. All prescription AND non-prescription medication must be labeled correctly and in original packaging.

In its 11th season, Total Lacrosse Camp is for players who want to improve their fundamental skills and techniques and advance their understanding of game concepts and team play. Players receive incredible individual attention and will have the opportunity to participate in drills, strategy sessions and game play.
